No matter how we rigorously test a product, there will still be problems. And in the end, users should understand and "engineers", like us, should provide solutions.
Now , for the $100 million investment for testing facilities and equipment. I hope our company realizes the importance of investing more on testing tools, environment and resources.

Another thing i've learn is that as a solution provider, we also need to spend more time to study and understand how users are using our products. What I notice is that sometimes , we deliver products or services without truly understanding how it will affect the users (although we know that the thing we gave will help them, thats' what we know)
